Great value for money. I would have liked confirmation on how you fit the flange that holds the triple wheels onto their axle. It was put to the test straight away by taking a large ceramic Belfast sink up several steps. Would highly recommend this stair climber.
Extremely sturdy truck, used this to shift some pretty heavy machinery. You still have to be strong enough to safely control it when loaded but it definitely makes the job a lot easier.
Customer service from Sack Trucks was excellent as well.
Used it this morning to get an 80kg washing machine down 76 steps - Works really well even on steps deeper than 200mm and saved some back breaking work. Quick delivery and great price - would recommend.
Used it for the first time today to get a heavy load down some stairs. It worked perfectly. The action of the wheels is really nice. The two handles at the back mean you can rotate it in place easily for tight corners. 100% recommend.
This is a well built item which does what is required. It climbs stairs easily with a 40kg box (for example)

This won’t go into action for a week or so but having put it together I can see no reason why it should not live up to the task. Certainly robustly made!
It is just what I needed. I am moving heavy garden planters, brick, slabs etc. The steps are so easy to navigate. An excellent piece of kit.
Much better than my previous stair climber, due to tubular loop handles, folding rack and better bearings. Needed some soft-face hammering to assemble and one wheel assembiy was noticeably tighter than the other. Star washer wheel retention probably OK but a locking nut would have been better. performs fine on our two flights of curvy stairs, despite other reviews mentioning steering issues. Good value for money and would order again.
