Its when it goes wrong that you see how a company responds, I ordered a heavy duty stair climbing sack truck, it was delivered when expected, however the wheel bearing on one side was broken, I emailed a photo showing the issue to the sales team and had a complete new wheel assembly delivered next working day, great service, no delay in getting the issue sorted, happy customer!
The heavy duty stair climber is great, does the job very well. Excellent delivery service, on time, packaging was a little bit shoddy but item came to no harm.
I recently received the truck ordered, we use it in our restaurant for taking in deliveries, we have a couple of steps and a curb to tackle to get our stock in so we went for the stair climber, its a great sack truck, handles the steps brilliantly, even with around the maximum 250 kg load.
